LORDSHIP'S 1ST GOLF COURSE
Lordship's first golf course was between Ocean Avenue and Stratford Road. It was built in the early 1900's by the Lordship Park Association in a successful attempt to make Lordship a seaside resort. The clubhouse was located on Ocean Avenue and has been remodeled into a home. All photos of the first golf course are courtesy of the Stratford Historical Society. The course was later divided up into building lots.

SHORT BEACH GOLF COURSE
Built in 1988, Short Beach Golf Course is a Scottish links style par 3 golf course constructed along the scenic Long Island Sound at the Mouth of the Housatonic River. It features large elevated greens and tees with many bunkers and 4 water hazards to challenge any golfer.
